EX- STOCK

Ex Stock vehicles are units already ordered and purchased for Odin Motors' own stock needs. These are certified vehicles, which have passed the most stringent of import inspection tests and are legally imported into Kenya. These vehicles are sold on a cash or loan basis.

Buyers inspect the cars, and are free to take them for further inspection to any mechanical garage of their choice. Odin Motors also encourage inspection by The AA of Kenya , who has approved every single vehicle we have submitted to date.

Once the inspection is completed to the buyer's satisfaction, a legally binding Sales Agreement is signed between the buyer and Odin Motors. This requires the payment of a deposit in order to reserve the vehicle, and to start the registration process. At this stage, we encourage the buyer to start arrangements for the vehicle's insurance cover. Odin Motors can provide competitive quotes in their field as well, due to our daily interaction with most of the larger, more reputable insurance companies.

Once the vehicle is registered, the buyer is required to make the balance payment and collect their newly acquired vehicle. If the purchase is a company or bank loan, Odin Motors will assist in the quick issuance of vehicle logbook.

DIRECT ORDER IMPORTATION

Odin Motors can also help you purchase the car of your dreams by facilitating a direct import for your needs.

Normally, the buyer advises us of the car they require, and we can give a very accurate estimate of its landed cost. If the price is acceptable. The buyer is required to pay a deposit (normally 20% of landed costs) before the overseas purchasing begins.

Once a car has been identified, Odin Motors will assist the buyer in completing all the documentation required for the import. At this stage we normally encourage the buyer to pay the value of the vehicle before shipment. However, if there is a loan involved, special arrangements can be made.

Once the vehicle has been shipped, Odin Motors undertakes to release all the original documents to the buyer, provided all payments have been made. Odin Motors has a related company that specialises in vehicle clearance at the port of Mombasa, and we would be only too happy to provide you with quick and reliable services.

Upon delivery of the vehicle to Nairobi, or wherever you reside, Odin Motors will ensure that registration is quick and seamless. We will also assist is issuance of the logbook.
